Role Overview
As a caregiver at V.I.P Senior Care, you'll provide non-medical, person-centered support that helps seniors live safely and comfortably in their own homes. You become a trusted companion — offering dignity, warmth, and dependable help with the everyday routines that matter most.
No certification required. We'll equip you with the skills and Alzheimer's & dementia training you need to succeed.
What You'll Do
- Assistance with personal care and activities of daily living
- Companionship and meaningful social engagement
- Meal preparation and light housekeeping
- Medication reminders and daily routine support
- Mobility assistance and fall-prevention awareness
- Observing and reporting changes in client condition
What We're Looking For
- A genuine passion for caring for seniors and adults
- Reliable, patient, and compassionate demeanor
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check
- Prior experience is valued but not required — we provide training
